PS Reserve
In July 2021, PacSun launched PS Reserve, a separate destination for limited sneakers and apparel that the trade press called its entry into sneaker resale. I led the launch work and ran PS Reserve’s commerce side until I left PacSun in May 2023.

July 2021 — PacSun opens PS Reserve
By July 7, 2021, when Footwear News reported it, PacSun had launched PS Reserve, a dedicated destination at pacsun.com/ps-reserve. The trade press framed it as PacSun’s entry into sneaker resale: footwear first, with apparel and accessories alongside, from brands such as Jordan, Supreme, and Bape.
I led the launch work. My reCommerce & Marketplace Analysis for PacSun, a survey of how resale marketplaces worked, is dated the same month. It was research from the period, not the PS Reserve plan, and nothing shows it shaped the launch.

Fall 2021 — a second drop and the first stores
On October 28, PacSun released a second PS Reserve drop, with limited quantities of sneakers and apparel, and began stocking PS Reserve in stores for the first time, at its SoHo flagship and in Cerritos, Footwear News reported.
PacSun’s Holiday 2021 digital strategy planned site and marketing support for PS Reserve restocks. It doesn’t show which restocks ran.
Through May 2023 — keeping it running
In spring 2022, PacSun’s email marketing included a men’s PS Reserve email.
I kept running PS Reserve’s commerce side until I left PacSun in May 2023. Limited sneaker stock meant watching inventory size by size.
PS Reserve outlasted my time there. In September 2026 it is still live on PacSun’s site, billed as limited sneakers and apparel.
